All payments must go through the outlined steps in our check out process, we remind all customer not to email us personal debit or credit card information. Urburn does not take responsibility for any unwarranted charges if you do choose to include card information via email.
Delivery process
Once the warehouse has administered your order, delivery can take up to 1-7 Business days* and up to 10 Business days* during promotional periods. (*In major metro areas and capital cities)
Please note:
- Delivery times may differ due to the Australia Post Delivery Network
- Please permit an additional business day for the warehouse to process your order if your order was placed on a Weekend/Public Holiday/Monday.
- During peak seasons such as Boxing Day Sale and Mid-Season Sale, orders may take up to 10 Business days to be delivered.
- Orders placed after noon AEST will require an additional 1 business day to be delivered.
Once your order has been scanned by Australia Post Delivery you will receive a shipping email, which will include a tracking link for you to follow your order.
Orders will be delivered between 7am and 9pm. If you’re not present when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox with information on how to collect your parcel at your nearest Australia Post outlet.
